As a person with numerous anxiety, ADHD, bi-polar, borderline personality disorder and other diagnosis’s by different doctors, I share and live your pain.
We are all different and what works for one of us may (and probably won’t work for all of us). Over the years between different counselors, doctors, therapists, co-inhabitants at rehabs, my parents, etc, etc……. Everything including drugs effects us all differently.

If you spam me, my dad will not only blacklist you here but with Google and your comments won’t be accepted anywhere and that’s if you can get on other websites to begin with. (My dad said that Google and other entities (browsers & search engines blacklist IP addresses and users)!
